Mission Statement

College of the Sequoias (COS) is a comprehensive, student-centered community college, dedicated to enhancing our diverse educational and cultural campus environment. COS affirms that our mission is to help students achieve their transfer and/or occupational objectives and to advance the economic growth and global competitiveness of business and industry within our region. COS is committed to supporting students' development of basic skills and to providing self-supporting community education classes, contract education and training, and related student services.
