MCTC provides access to educational resources, both onsite and through distance technology. The college maintains campuses in Cynthiana, Maysville, and Morehead and offers training in West Liberty. Faculty and staff create partnerships with schools, colleges, government and community agencies, and business and industry to meet college goals. The Rowan Campus in Morehead became a vocational institution in 1973. The Licking Valley Campus began with classes in Cynthiana in 1989.
