Mission Statement
Cecil Community College is a small, publicly funded, open-access institution, which promotes educational, cultural and economic development in a changing county in rural northeastern Maryland. The faculty and staff are dedicated to providing an optimal education in an environment which fosters social responsibility and appreciation for cultural diversity.
