Mission Statement

CCBC is a learning-centered public college that anticipates and responds to the educational, training and employment needs of the community by offering a broad array of high quality general education, transfer and career programs; student support services; and economic and community development activities. The College serves its diverse community as a center for lifelong learning to improve the quality of life in Baltimore County and the region in a time of rapid societal and technological change.
