Detroit Colleges and Universities

As Michigan's most populous city, Detroit strives to be a world-class city in terms of culture, entertainment, and the arts. Detroit was named "Best Sports City" by Sporting News in 2007, and is one of the few in the country to have sports teams representing all four major American sports. Wayne State is a popular choice, with a student enrollment of around 33,000, and more than 350 relevant degree programs.
