Mission Statement

For 124 years, Hastings College has remained faithful to the vision of the Presbyterians who founded it in 1882. They envisioned a College dedicated to the liberal arts and the Christian faith while offering high academic standards. These values have continually helped Hastings College students excel in all facets of life. What drives this excellence is quality students, dedicated faculty and a goal-oriented administration. Hastings College is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA), but its students represent most denominational groups.
