Mission Statement

It is the mission of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute to provide nationally accredited associate in specialized business and associate in specialized technology degrees for students entering into the culinary arts, patisserie & baking and hospitality management fields. As a team, we are passionately dedicated to providing the highest quality of educational experiences and placement assistance to our students. We do this through offering a hands-on curricula taught by a highly skilled professional faculty that is supported by a knowledgeable, caring and customer-focused staff. We pledge to grow and enhance our partnership with our industry constituency. Our commitment is to create a student-focused environment.
